Combining academic study with real-life on-the-job learning, our sponsored BA (Hons) Business Management degree programme will see you spending one day a week studying on campus, and four days working on related projects at Logica.

Delivered in partnership with the University of Winchester, the programme lasts for three years:

Year 1 will see you get a good grounding in the Application and Management of Information Technology, Systems and Finance, as well as gaining the skills to manage people to achieve results.

Year 2 will see you focus on Project Management, Change Management and Applied Management, at the end of which you will have completed a Foundation Degree in Business Management.

Year 3 will see you continue to build up your knowledge and experience, transforming your foundation qualification into the full BA (Hons) Business Management degree.

Throughout the programme, you’ll be based in either our Reading or Leatherhead offices and be taught by a highly qualified team of lecturers from the University of Winchester, along with senior managers from Logica.

On graduation, you will be expected to continue working for Logica for at least three more years (or to pay back a proportion of the course fees if you decide to leave the company before then), giving you the chance to apply all that you’ve learned while taking a massive stride forward in your career.

All this, and you won’t have to pay a penny in tuition fees. In fact, because you’ll be working for us, we’ll even pay you a starting salary of £13,000, allowing you to earn while you learn.
